In the morning of September, 10th, 2021, Long An Provincial People’s Committee solemnly organized a ceremony of issuing investment policy and establishment of Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park under decision No. 9267/QD-UBND to Saigontel Long An Company Limited, a member of Saigon Telecommunication and Technologies Corporation (Saigontel).
Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park is 1 of 35 industrial parks belong to development plan of industrial parks of Long An province, investment policy approved by the Government, simultaneously approved the investor with total area of about 244,74 hectares in Tan Tap commune, Can Giuoc district. Accordingly, Saigontel Long An Company Limited is an investor assuming responsibilities for investing, constructing and doing business on infrastructural structure with total investment capital more than 2,590 billion Vietnam dong.
With the investment flow transforming in the global scope, promoting investment and development project of industrial infrastructure such as Nam Tan Tap is not only a step for the investment of Saigontel in Long An, the program also state that the dedication of local leaders in investment attraction and the determination to become “friendly and effective investment destination”.
At the ceremony, a leader of Long An province also gave flowers to the former President - Mr. Truong Tan Sang and the former Permanent Deputy Prime Minister - Mr. Truong Hoa Binh for their supporting Long An province in investment promotion.

The decision ceremony has the attendance of Mr. Truong Tan Sang - the former President; Mr. Truong Hoa Binh - the former Permanent Deputy Prime Minister; Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Long An Provincial Party Secretary; Mr. Nguyen Van Ut– the Chairman of Long An Provincial People’s Committee and the former leaders of departments and industries of Long An province. On the side of the company receives decision Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong - General Director of Saigontel Long An Company Limited and Saigon Telecommunication and Technologies Corporation.
At the ceremony, all of attendants spent time on looking back the effort of leaders, entrepreneurs and local residents in pandemic prevention process, ensuring safety for residents and maintain targeted economic development goals. Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Chairman of Long An Provincial People’s Committee said “Long An set forth the goal until 2030, vision to 2050 that it will become innovation hub together with a key economic zone in the South and Mekong Delta region. The projects given investment policy such as Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park is a specific demonstration for strategic development of the province.
With Saigontel’s experience and ability of investment promotion, at the beginning of the year 2021, Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park has attracted investors from Korea, Taiwan, USA, China, etc. in investment interest and study due to its convenient geographical location (located in the T-junction of Soai Rap and Rach Cat rivers, adjacent to 830 provincial street, connecting Long An international port, etc.) for the logistic service development, warehouse, manufacturing and processing production industry, etc.

The orientation in the future, Saigontel Long An Company Limited and Saigontel shall quickly conduct site clearance and compensation to willingly hand over land for investors in 2022. Especially focus on high-tech industry and production aspects, supporting industry, mechanical engineering, electronics component manufacture, processing industry; green industry projects, clean energy projects, renewable energy; Construction and completion supply and drainage works; logistics, high quality service belonged to Long An international port;
The ceremony remarked a stable starting for the development of Saigontel in province in the future, actively contributing to change the development of Long An province in Mekong Delta region, as well as gradually upgrade its competitive capacity of the province in the country.
